The Target induction stock pot boiler is a freestaning low level mobile unit designed specifically for large capacity stock production, and suits individual stock pots of up to 36/40cm diameter, typically 47Ltr capacity. The power and temperature control of the induction hob provides rapid heat-up times and minimises the chance of overheating and spoiling, ensuring consistent quality of the end product.

  • Schott Ceran® 6mm toughened safety glass hobs

  • Fully welded 304 grade stainless steel chassis

  • Rotary control operation

  • 60mm upstands to rear and sides
