Established in 1988, Target Catering Equipment combines over 30 year's of stainless steel catering equipment manufacturing experience with commercial kitchen design expertise, to create unique commercial kitchens that suit you.

To encourage businesses within the foodservice industry to embrace sustainability in order to have a greater impact on reducing their environmental footprint, whilst improving their business for all parties; the staff, the owners and their customers.
The Target brand is known across the UK for it's outstanding quality and reliability, offering the complete package when it comes to commercial kitchens. From initial concepts our commercial kitchen design consultants work together with clients to develop an ideal commercial kitchen layout which meets their every requirement.
All Target manufactured products are designed and developed in house at our facility based in Gloucestershire. This is where we also operate our manufacturing facility, equipped with advanced computer aided design systems and the latest manufacturing equipment.
Having all departments under one roof, allows us to react quickly and effectively to research and development, thus keeping Target at the forefront of the evolution of product technology. It also gives us complete control over our manufactured products, ensuring quality is at a consistently high level.

EMILY WATKINS
CHEF PROPRIETOR AT THE KINGHAM PLOUGH
Executive chef Emily Watkins has put everything into building her business and career as a chef, working tirelessly to produce delicious dishes, developing her own style of modern British cuisine.
Emily began her career in Florence, Italy where she landed a role at Ristorante Beccofino. Initially working front of house and spening two days a week in the kitchen with no experience just a passion for food. She quickly worked her way into a chef role within two months and within two year's she had become junior sous chef and fluent in Italian.
In 2002, she moved moved back to England where she worked at The Fat Duck under Heston Blumenthal. It was at this point the restaurant was awarded a third Michelin star and was named Best Restaurant in the World.
In 2005 following a hip injury Emily had to redirect her career becoming a private chef in London. Two year's later she moved to Gloucestershire and at the age of 28 she opened her own restaurant The Kingham Plough, which went on to win numerours accolades and awards including three AA rosettes and being recommended by the Michenlin and AA guides amongst many others.
Over the years Emily has featured on numerous TV productions including The Hairy Bikers, Tom Kerridge's Proper Pub Food, whilst also regulalry appearing in the local, national and international press.
In 2014 Emily competed in the BBC's Great British Menu, winning with her fish course. Following this Emily was selected to cook her winning dish for war veterans at St Paul's Cathedral in a banquet commemorating the 70th anniversary of the D-Day landings, and has since returned to the show as a veteran judge for the South West Region.
