The Target CCW compact commercial induction wok range cooker s offer a powerful energy efficient alternative to traditional commercial gas burner wok ranges. Designed for compact commercial kitchens, the Target CCW models have a front to back depth of just 750mm, delivering maximum output on a minimal footprint. A highly efficient electric induction alternative to traditional gas wok ranges the Target CCW induction technology includes automatic wok detection ensuring power is only consumed when a connection between the wok and the unit is made, typically reducing power consumption by a further 25%, minimise energy waste whilst maintaining heat in the wok, for maximum profit. As with all Target induction ranges, CCW models are manufactured in the UK and are fully supported across the UK by our own in-house engineers with a commercial use 3 Years Parts and Labour warranty.
