Designed for Mangal style cooking , the MGJ-132 features a large grilling area and four braising levels, to allow for a range of gastronomic applications. The bottom two braising levels are used for braising and fast sealing with themperatures up to 250˚C, and the top two are used for slowier cooking at a lower temperature, and keeping food warm. The unit takes just 20 minutes to fire up, and has a daily charcoal consumption of 22-24kg. The grill’s charcoal combustion shield prevents deterioration of its walls, and the removable greas tray and ash drawers make cleaning quick and easy.
