It has been innovatively designed for optimal thermal insulation, with an exclusive ventilation system based on a multi-chamber air circuit. Its natural heat convection flow limits heat and temperature transfer, promoting ease of use. It uses a hydraulic height regulation system, allowing for smooth and continuous movement of both grill grates at different heights throughout the cooking process, to ensure your food is cooked to perfection. The double grill allows for different foods to be cooked at different heights, enabling higher cooking quantity. When paired with Josper Marabú charcoal, the basque grill will add new depths to meats, fish, vegetables and more, and substantially enhance any kitchen operation.
