The 10 x GN 1/1 capacity makes it an excellent choice for large scale catering establishments needing a fast and hygienic cooling option, such as canteens, hotels, hospitals and restaurants.

Chills 40 kg food from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes. Freezes 28 kg food from +70°C to -18°C in 240 minutes.
