Target 2030 - Countdown to a Low Carbon Economy by Severn Wye Energy Agency
About Target 2030
Target 2030 - Countdown to a Low Carbon Economy is a business energy efficiency programme that is here to help small and medium sized businesses across Gloucestershire identify and reduce their energy costs and impact on the environment through the installation of energy efficiency measures.
If you have high energy bills in your business, whether from heating, lighting or any other equipment you run in your premises - Severn Wye can identify and recommend ways that you can reduce your output and overheads, and facilitate partial grant funding through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of upto £50,000.
ERDF funds help local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support innovation, businesses, create jobs and local community regenerations.

How can Target 2030 help my business?
Gloucestershire Target 2030 is funded through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). From July 2020 the project offers up to 5 days energy efficiency consultancy to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in Gloucestershire, along with grants that will contribute 30% towards energy saving measures and could be worth anything from £500 up to £50,000.
Whilst Target 2030 funding is funded by “EU money” it is confirmed that Brexit will not impact on this grant in any way. It is offered on a first come first served basis available from July 2020 until the pot of money runs out.
