Commercial Induction Hobs

Commercial induction hob cooking is the most energy efficient form of hob cooking using electromagnetic induction technology. Single zone, two zone and four zone commercial induction hobs and commercial wok induction hobs available from leading British and European manufacturers Lincat and Welbilt. Suitable for pan cooking, induction hobs are available as countertop units for front or back of house use. Induction hob zone power and sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and product reliability depends on the location of the appliance within the kitchen as well as product design and placement of induction elements and cooling fans.
